Our ladies only classes are designed to provide you with a safe, comfortable learning environment to allow you to train to your maximum potential.

Although the primary focus of the class is to learn self-defence using Jiu Jitsu, an art based on leverage and technique to allow a smaller individual to defeat a larger opponent, there is a fun fitness element that will give you a unique workout and get you in great shape.

Classes are run by Helen Partridge, currently a purple belt under Andy Roberts and a dedicated student and teacher.

Classes run every Wednesday at 7.30pm and Saturday at 10am.
